- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare an 8x8 or 9x13 baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, gluten-free yellow cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- Create a well in the center and add the melted butter, whisked egg, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and level it out. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
