Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash the crisp green lettuce thoroughly under cold water and dry completely.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, walnuts, and feta or goat cheese. Add sliced apples and toss gently.
  4. Add dried greens to the bowl with mixed ingredients. Drizzle vinaigrette just before serving and toss gently.
  5. Serve immediately while the salad is crisp and fresh.
