Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1½ cups of water and ¾ cup of white sugar. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling and sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Blend 2 cups of ripe mango chunks with ½ cup of water until smooth to create a purée.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled simple syrup, 1 cup of lemon juice, mango purée, and 3½ cups of cold water. Mix well and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  5. Stir before serving, pour over ice, and enjoy!
