- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning it generously with salt and pepper, for about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat, then add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let cool slightly.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut into 3-inch squares. Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture in the center, pinch the edges to seal, and roll into balls.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and salt to create garlic butter. Brush this mixture over the bombs.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the bombs seam-side down, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
