  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce or vegetarian version
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese mayo or regular mayo

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the salmon by combining all the salmon ingredients in a mixing bowl and letting it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Air fry the salmon bites for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Prepare the optional honey glaze in a small saucepan by combining soy sauce, honey, ginger, and water, then thickening with cornstarch.
  5. Serve the salmon bites hot, drizzled with the optional honey glaze and optionally garnished with sesame seeds.
