Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, fresh herbs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into your baking dish or loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf form.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar. Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
