Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper with chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated chicken on the preheated grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. While the chicken rests, boil salted water and cook orzo pasta according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Chop fresh vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, slice the onion, and prepare olives.
  6. Layer the ingredients: start with orzo at the bottom, followed by chicken, vegetables, olives, feta, and tzatziki.
  7. Seal each jar tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to four days.
