Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C). In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Lay warm tortillas flat, add romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
