Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C). In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  2. Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Lay warm tortillas flat, add romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fold sides of tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from bottom to top. Repeat for all wraps.
