Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade by whisking together fresh ginger, minced garlic, soy sauces, coconut milk, brown sugar, fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken by placing boneless chicken chunks in a zip-top bag, pouring the marinade over. Ensure even coating, seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Skewers by removing chicken from the fridge, discarding leftover marinade, and threading chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill the Skewers for 4-5 minutes per side until golden-brown and cooked through at 165°F.
