Preparation
- Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

- In a second dish, whisk together eggs and buttermilk until smooth.

Dredging and Cooking
- Dredge each fish fillet in the seasoned flour, shake off excess, then dip in the egg mixture and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated fillets on a plate in a single layer and lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the fish in the air fryer for 6-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Serve hot with French fries, tartar sauce, and lemon wedges.
