Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil water in a kettle, pour over hibiscus tea bags or dried flowers, and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, and lime juice. Add ice cubes for chill.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until smooth. Adjust with more coconut water if too thick.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness with additional lime juice or pineapple as needed.
  5. Drizzle remaining hibiscus tea over smoothies for visual appeal.
