Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, break up the ground pork gently with your hands.

  3. Pour the mixed spices over the prepared ground pork. Gently combine the ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Divide the seasoned mixture into 4-6 equal portions, form each into a patty about ½ inch thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the patties, cooking about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
