  3. Coat mozzarella sticks by dipping in flour, then eggs, and finally rolling in Cheeto crumbs.
  4. Freeze coated mozzarella sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 390°F and arrange sticks in a single layer, lightly spraying them with cooking spray. Air fry for 4-6 minutes.
