  1. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating 4 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip, then spread into the crust.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 3 ounces peach jello, 3 ounces vanilla pudding, and 1 1/4 cups water. Stir until thickened and boils, about 5–7 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer the drained peaches over the cream cheese layer, then spoon the pudding mixture on top to cover completely.
