Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pan.
  2. Whisk together Flour, Sugar, Cocoa, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Then mix in Egg, Vanilla, Milk, and Oil. Stir in Coffee and pour into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Toast the Kataifi in a skillet with Butter until golden. Mix with Pistachio Cream and let it cool.
  4. Melt the Chocolate and Heavy Cream in a microwave until smooth.
  5. Spread the Pistachio Filling over the cooled cake, then pour the Ganache over the top.
  6. Garnish with pistachio sauce, toasted kataifi, and crushed pistachios before serving.
