Preparation Steps
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, then remove the stems to create space for stuffing.

  3. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 370°F for 4 to 6 minutes until golden and tender.
  7. Remove mushrooms and garnish with chopped chives before serving.
