Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut boneless skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and adjust heat level as needed.
  3. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small gaps for even cooking. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Ensure air fryer is preheated at 400°F (200°C) for golden-brown exterior. Check that the basket is clean.
  5. Brush skewers with Bang Bang sauce and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
