  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet skin-side down and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they reach 125°F for medium doneness.
  4. While the salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest for 1 minute. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
