  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Dairy-free yogurt can be used
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips Dark chocolate chips can be used for fewer calories
  • 2 ounces cream cheese Dairy-free cream cheese is an option

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, mix together gluten-free oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, shredded carrots, chopped pecans, and raisins. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly, then mix in Greek yogurt and cream cheese until creamy.
  4. Once the oats have soaked, remove them from the fridge, spoon the ganache over the oats, and spread it evenly.
  5. Serve cold, adding desired toppings like extra shredded carrots, cinnamon, or pecans.
