Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the chicken fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. The remnants of the chicken will enhance the garlic flavor.
  3. Pour in heavy cream while scraping up any browned bits. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
