Make the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Pulse the Oreos into fine crumbs with a food processor, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
Prepare the Brownie Layer
- Melt together bittersweet chocolate, butter, oil, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Combine and pour into the cooled crust, baking for 15 minutes, then let cool.
Make the Topping
- Crush additional Oreos and mix with melted butter and cocoa powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Prepare the Mousse
- Melt milk chocolate and cool. In a saucepan, heat cream and mix with cocoa and powdered sugar. Whip remaining cream and fold in melted chocolate.
Assemble and Chill
- Spread mousse over brownie layer, top with Oreo topping, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
