  • 2 tbsp Orange Juice Fresh.
  • 300 ml Heavy Cream Cold.

  • 50 g Sugar Adjust based on taste.

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Process the Walkers Shortbread Gingerbread Men into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into serving glasses for the crust.
  2. Melt the white chocolate over low heat in a double boiler, stirring continuously until smooth, then cool slightly.
  3. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and juice in a stand mixer. Mix until smooth, then add melted chocolate.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. In a saucepan, combine berries, wine or juice, sugar, and spices. Cook until berries soften to create a compote.
