Step-by-Step Instructions for Best Ever Rhubarb Bars
  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add in 2 cups of all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined. Press the dough evenly into a greased baking pan.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for about 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.

Notes
