  2. Make the Brioche Dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk yeast, flour, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk, butter, and egg. Combine to form a shaggy dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the Dough Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.
  4. Roll Out the Dough: Punch down the dough, roll out to a 12x18 inch rectangle, and spread the chilled strawberry filling, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Shape the Rolls: Roll the dough into a tight log and cut into 12 pieces. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
