Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine seasoned bread crumbs, egg, milk, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  2. Add the lean ground beef and ground pork to the seasoned mixture. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 16 equal portions and roll into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  6. Reduce the air fryer temperature to 380°F (193°C) and cook the meatballs for 12-14 minutes.
  7. Check the internal temperature with an instant-read thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  8. Allow the meatballs to rest for 3 minutes in the air fryer before serving.
