- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and a greased baking dish for assembly.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping them connected to form a single unit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
- Place the bottom halves of the buns in your greased baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bun base.
- Layer slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture. Replace the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in chopped parsley and poppy seeds. Brush the mixture over the sliders.
- Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Once baked, let the sliders cool slightly, then slice them apart and serve.
