Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and a greased baking dish for assembly.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping them connected to form a single unit.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the buns in your greased baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bun base.
  5. Layer slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture. Replace the top halves of the buns.
  6. In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in chopped parsley and poppy seeds. Brush the mixture over the sliders.
  7. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
