  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, combine the pulled pork, heavy whipping cream, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well combined and begins to heat through, approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in half of the Swiss cheese, diced ham, and chopped dill pickles. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Top with remaining Swiss cheese, diced ham, and extra pickles.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbling and cheese is golden.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream, and yellow mustard in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
