- Combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl; mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5–8 minutes before slicing and serve.
