Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean, flat surface. Spoon the mixture onto the center and shape it into a log using the wrap. Twist the ends to secure.
  3. Chill the wrapped log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  4. Once firm, unwrap the log and slice into 1-inch rounds. Arrange on a platter and garnish with parsley.
