  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Wash and chop zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and add everything to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and add oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and parsley on top and serve warm with lemon wedges.
