  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss until thoroughly coated, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F) and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
