- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch bread pan.
- Combine ½ cup of melted unsalted butter with ½ cup of brown sugar and ½ cup of white sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add ½ cup of sour cream, 2 large eggs one at a time, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Mash 3 very ripe bananas and fold them into the wet mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry blend to the wet ingredients, mixing until no flour remains visible.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
