Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch bread pan.
  2. Combine ½ cup of melted unsalted butter with ½ cup of brown sugar and ½ cup of white sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add ½ cup of sour cream, 2 large eggs one at a time, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. Mash 3 very ripe bananas and fold them into the wet mixture.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together 1½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  6. Gradually add the dry blend to the wet ingredients, mixing until no flour remains visible.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
  8. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
