Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon evenly on the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the English muffin pieces over the bacon.
  5. Add the remaining Canadian bacon followed by the rest of the English muffin pieces.
  6. Whisk together the eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the layered bacon and muffins.
  8. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Remove from the fridge and sprinkle paprika on top.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and the eggs are set.
  11. Let cool for a few moments, then drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
