  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust heat levels according to preference.

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by slicing a large yellow onion into thick rounds. Toss with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and Creole seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add seasoned onions. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  3. Season ground beef with Creole seasoning, divide into four portions, and shape into thin patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat and sear burger patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top to melt.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, relish, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and spices to create a sauce.
  6. Assemble the burger: layer caramelized onions, patties, sauce, and finish with another layer of onions.
  7. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side or with sweet potato fries.
