For the Blueberry Layer
  • 1 pkg Blueberry Jello Can use any berry jello.
  • 1 cup Crushed Pineapple Omit or substitute if allergic.
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream Can use store-bought whipped topping.
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips Milk or dark chocolate can be substituted.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, strawberry jam, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish, creating an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Fold in chopped fresh strawberries and spread over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Dissolve blueberry jello in boiling water, add crushed pineapple, and cool slightly before pouring over cheesecake layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours, or overnight. Serve with whipped cream and garnish.
