Cooking Steps
  1. Pat cod fillets dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear cod for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant.
  5. Add broth to skillet, scrape bottom, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Combine the seared cod with the sauce in the skillet.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
