  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for pan-searing
For the Parmesan Crust
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese freshly grated for best texture
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs for crispiness
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cream light or heavy, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or Oregano
  • 1 cup Spinach optional

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides and let rest.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Press each seasoned chicken breast into the mixture until fully coated.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, then add chicken.
  5. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Reduce heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in cream and stir, adding Italian seasoning and spinach if using.
  8. Mix in extra Parmesan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  9. Return chicken to skillet, spoon some sauce over, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until done.
  10. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with creamy sauce before serving.
