Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and optional maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the diced ripe peaches into the oat mixture, adding Greek yogurt if desired.
  3. Divide the completed mixture evenly into four jars or airtight containers, leaving space at the top for toppings.
  4. Seal the jars securely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats before enjoying. Serve cold or heat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
