  1. Start by washing three ripe peaches thoroughly under cool water. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and chop the flesh into even pieces.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped peaches, a cup of granulated sugar, one cup of filtered water, and the juice of half a lemon. Heat over medium-low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Bring two cups of water to a boil in a separate saucepan, add a half cup of dried hibiscus flowers, and reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour in about two tablespoons of cooled peach syrup, followed by your hibiscus tea concentrate, filling the glass halfway.
