  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, and crushed pineapple until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
