Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm milk and granulated sugar, sprinkle yeast over and let sit until frothy.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients by whisking together flour and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients by mixing melted butter and eggs, then fold in the yeast mixture.
  4. Form the dough by mixing wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  7. Make the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pistachios.
  8. Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
  9. Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the filling on top.
  10. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  11. Place sliced rolls in greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  12. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  13. Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  14. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk.
  15. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
