Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Mash about three ripe bananas until smooth with some small chunks left.
  4. Mix in yogurt, sweetener, oil or water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the bread inside for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. If needed, cover the bread with foil and bake for an extra 5-10 minutes.
  11. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
  12. Let the bread cool entirely on a wire rack before slicing.
