Step-by-Step Instructions for Berry Spinach Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of fresh baby spinach, rinsed and patted dry.
  2. Slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries in half, add to the bowl with 1 cup of raspberries and ½ cup of blueberries.
  3. Thinly slice ¼ of a red onion and sprinkle it over the berry and spinach mixture. Crumble 4 ounces of goat cheese on top.
  4. Toss in ½ cup of roughly chopped pecans, toasted if preferred.
  5. Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette to taste.
  6. Toss gently and serve immediately.
