Step-by-Step Instructions for Berry Spinach Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of fresh baby spinach, rinsed and patted dry.
- Slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries in half, add to the bowl with 1 cup of raspberries and ½ cup of blueberries.
- Thinly slice ¼ of a red onion and sprinkle it over the berry and spinach mixture. Crumble 4 ounces of goat cheese on top.
- Toss in ½ cup of roughly chopped pecans, toasted if preferred.
