Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Allow chickpeas to cool on the baking sheet for crunch.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
