  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Fresh herbs can easily replace dried.
  • Salt & Pepper Adjust according to your taste preference.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Step 1: Cook the Orzo - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add orzo and cook for 7-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables - Wash and chop tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion to uniform sizes and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Make the Dressing - Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Step 4: Combine Ingredients - In a bowl with vegetables, add cooled orzo and crumbled feta. Mix gently.
  5. Step 5: Dress the Salad - Pour dressing over the mixture and toss until well coated. Serve immediately or chill.
