  • 1/2 cup Dates Sliced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 small Shallot Finely minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Finely chopped, optional
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar Or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste

Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Slice celery, mince shallot, and slice dates. Arrange everything on a cutting board.

  3. Make Dressing: Combine lemon juice, white wine vinegar, and shallot. Whisk in olive oil and add seasonings.
  4. Combine Salad: In a bowl, mix sliced celery, toasted walnuts, dates, feta, and mint.
  5. Dress Salad: Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
