Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of organic raw sugar, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Using a potato masher or an immersion blender, mash the blueberries thoroughly and strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, discarding the pulp.
  3. In another pot, heat 4 cups of water to a gentle boil. Remove from heat, add 4 green tea bags, and steep for 3 minutes. Strain out tea bags.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled blueberry juice, the remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and the cooled green tea. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves or lemon slices.
