  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin.
  • Salt & Pepper To taste.

  3. Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes and cubed fresh mozzarella.
  4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or serve immediately.
