Preparation
  1. Rinse all fresh ingredients thoroughly. Slice the cremini mushrooms and cut the broccoli into small florets. Mince garlic and chop fresh thyme leaves.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Toss in broccoli florets and sauté for another 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and chopped thyme, cooking for an additional minute until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and finish with a splash of lemon juice before serving.
