Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Chop the bok choy and slice the red bell pepper. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a bowl until uniform.
  3. Heat skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the flank steak in a single layer; cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  5. Stir-fry bok choy and red bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Return beef to skillet and add sauce. Stir to coat, cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve hot.
